Individual projects are reported on in the Final Reports series. Hard copies of publications are available for purchase online and electronic versions of most publications are available for free download. A range of publications are also translated into regional languages where appropriate.

Summary

This project aimed to develop the application of DNA markers to verify legal sourcing of teak for supply chains in Indonesia and Myanmar. Building on an earlier Proof of Concept project to develop the markers, this second stage is a larger body of research and development that undertook the reseach necessary for the adoption of this technology in Indonesia plantaion forests and Myanmar natural forests.
