Improving the management of irrigation schemes in Vietnam

Contains the main findings of a project carried out in Vietnam which focused on the operation and management of publicly managed irrigation systems. These findings formed the basis for the development of a management improvement model for irrigation systems in Vietnam which is also applicable to other systems throughout Asia.
