Development of postharvest handling technology for tropical tree fruits

These proceedings arose from a workshop associated with an ACIAR project on the development of postharvest handling technology for selected tropical tree fruits. In Southeast Asia and Australia tropical fruit production is emerging as a significant component of horticultural industry earnings. These proceedings review the features of the project, the research outcomes and how these will contribute to a more productive, cost-efffective industry.
