Shelf-life extension of leafy vegetables: evaluating the impacts

The project evaluated in this report examined handling and storage methods in China and Australia for a number of leafy vegetables. The project aimed to reduce the after-harvest wastage of leafy vegetables by improving methods to prolong their shelf life.
