Master Plan for Agricultural Research Cambodia

This agricultural research master plan is a government initiative, developed with a range of stakeholders including MAFF research institutes and departments, universities, NGOs, farmers and donor agencies. The stakeholders identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the agriculture sector in Cambodia, and used them to develop a ten year research plan.
