Partners Magazine September 2004

This edition of Partners Magazine focuses on the dual themes of the International Year of Rice, and Caombodia and Laos and ACIAR's role in building research capacity and food security. The relationship between ACIAR and the International Rice Research Institute is also reported on, as is the importance of fisheries research, based on papers presented at the Annual Crawford Fund seminar in August 2004.
