Ms Cecilia Honrado

Ms Cecilia O. Honrado is the Country Manager of ACIAR in the Philippines. She leads a country office team that provides support to the development and implementation of ACIAR’s program in the Philippines.

Prior to joining ACIAR, Ms Honrado worked for the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), the central planning body of the Government of the Philippines, the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCARRD) of the Department of Science and Technology, and at the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA). She obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños and her Master's degree from Central Michigan University.
