ACIAR provides sponsorship assistance to individuals wishing to attend a conference, seminar, workshop or field day and organisations seeking sponsorship for a conference, workshop, seminar or field day that directly benefits agricultural research for development.
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) promotes a pro-disclosure culture across government and builds a stronger foundation for greater openness and transparency in government. The information publication scheme (IPS) aims to transform the freedom of information framework from one that responds to individual requests for access to documents to one that requires agencies to take a proactive approach to publishing information.
