Ms Frances Barns

Frances Barns is the Indonesia Country Manager. The Indonesia program aims to contribute to increasing farmers’ incomes through research that increases crop, livestock and aquaculture productivity, and through policy and technical research that fosters the development of integrated agribusiness.

Frances Barns has worked in international development for over 10 years and has worked on projects and portfolios in a wide range of sectors including portfolios in a wide range of sectors including health, water supply, poverty reduction, HIV/AIDS, law and justice, community development, rural development, fisheries, disaster management, education and vocational training and public sector developing. Frances joined ACIAR in 2010. Prior to this Frances worked with UNDP, IOM and AusAID.
